Good one to ponder. The thing most people should know is that water should be drunk only when one is thirsty. We don't go about eating intentionally. We eat when we are hungry, because there is a feeling that makes us reach for the food. Water consumption is also very similar. This holds true when one has no other issues like dry skin or constipation. Drinking too much water will hinder with the electrolyte balance in the body. Drink when you are thirsty. The body knows when it needs water.
